چکیده
Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) is a highly-grown spice crop; its aromatic rhizomes are commercially important due to high importance in the diet as and some medicinal values. Irrigation methods India increase salt content soil. Arbuscular Mycorrhizal (AM) fungi assist plants under stress. However, vital role of mycorrhizal ginger tolerance has not been evaluated yet needs emphasize on evaluation. The present investigation was conducted assess efficacy AM grown different concentrations. In current level Chlorophyll, nucleic acids like DNA RNA, Proteins, Proline, reducing sugars, total soluble carbohydrates contents have estimate Growth biochemical parameters. study revealed that significantly contributed stress plants. Statistical analysis found an enormously significant correlation between growth parameters tolerance. Pearson coefficient used testimony, resulting positive use plant's contents.
